Refund Terms

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returnable Items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. All returns incur a 20% restocking fee. 

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@studiomarchant.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for refund and will not be returned back to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please check with your institution if you have questions about their refund time frame.

Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including antiques and custom products such as special orders. We also do not accept returns for any items from international vendors or suppliers. We cannot accept returns for "on sale" items, as they are final sale.

Antiques are non-returnable and non-refundable. Our Maison de Reve antiques collection contributes 50% of sales proceeds to the Caluna Foundation charity. Your purchase will support this worthy cause directly contributing to improving the lives of children and families affected by cancer in Africa.
